From concept to completion, Avelora Interiors provides a fully guided, hands-off experience where every element of the design process is carefully managed on your behalf. From sourcing materials and coordinating vendors to overseeing installations, we handle the details so you can simply enjoy the transformation of your space with confidence and ease.

  • Every project begins with a two-hour in-home consultation where we take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals for your space.

    During this meeting, we will discuss:

    • Your style preferences and inspiration

    • Functional needs and layout possibilities

    • Budget expectations and project priorities

    • Existing pieces you may want to incorporate

    You will also receive professional design insight and initial ideas for transforming your space, along with expert recommendations tailored specifically to your home.

    A $200 retainer fee is required to schedule the consultation. This allows us to dedicate focused time to your project while providing professional guidance, creative direction, and valuable design expertise during our time together.

    At the end of the consultation, we will review design fees and next steps, should you choose to move forward with the design process.

  • Once we begin the design process, we develop a personalized concept tailored to your space and style.

    This phase includes:

    • Curated mood boards

    • Materials, furniture, and color selections

    • Space planning and layout development

    • Virtual mock-ups and design renderings

    These tools allow you to clearly visualize your space and ensure every detail aligns with your vision before implementation begins.

  • After the design is finalized, we bring everything together through a seamless implementation process.

    This includes:

    • Ordering and sourcing furnishings and materials

    • Coordinating deliveries and installations

    • Managing vendors and contractors

    • Final styling and placement of decor

    Our complete project management service ensures your project is executed smoothly from concept to completion, resulting in a beautifully finished space.
